Subway
December 19, 2010
firstly, this photo above was taken inside the subway station, which is, according to my cousin, illegally.
because somehow people might get panic and nervous when someone holding a camera shooting them.
well, i’ve been here for almost a week.
the lives here are, based on my reservation, tense, or most likely, stressful.
there’s incident happened in the subway station.
when i was trying to get into the station, somehow my metro card was not working after a few trials.
i realized that there was a woman waiting behind me, then i was thinking about to let her pass first.
by the time i was about to say “please go ahead,” she stepped into my way and got into the station without saying a word, like she deserved it, and then i was like, “wtf.”
people here are much, much more aggressive than people back in California.
you can find people in California sitting in the street corner chatting, holding a cup of coffee in his/her hand.
but here, there are also coffees, but instead of sitting there chatting, people here are most likely striding on the street with their coffees.
10 days left.
